Olajumoke is currently a doctoral candidate and a graduate teaching assistant in the Special Education program at Duquesne University, Pittsburgh PA.
She has a Master’s in Psychology of Education (2014) from Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), Nigeria. She proceeded to earn another Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis (2021) from Duquesne University.
Olajumoke has been teaching students across the K – 12 school system since she earned her bachelor’s degree in education from OAU in 2009.
Before she moved to the United States, she worked as a general education teacher in a secondary school in Nigeria.
Olajumoke is from the Southwestern Region of Nigeria.

Her research interests include the issues of neglect, inequities, and social injustice towards Black students with and without disabilities across K – 12 schools, Black girls with disabilities, and academic/behavior interventions using Applied Behavior Analytic (ABA) principles. The neglect of minority groups in our societies and the world at large has been a major motivation for her research interests. Finally, Olajumoke also does some research on investigating the sexuality of individuals with disabilities.

She is an educator, Counsellor and Coaching Advisor. She has over 7 years experience in school management and organisational development.
She is currently a Ph.D student of Guidance and Counselling at Obafemi Awolowo University.
